While there weren’t many scenes outside the courthouse and the jail, you can definitely see the gem that is the downtown on occasion. Monticello is absolutely adorable and packed to the brim with charming shops, cafes, and restaurants that will keep you busy for hours.

There’s a lot of history here, with the town dating back to its earliest settling in the 1600s. Most of the buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Go to Court
